I appreciate very much James’s darling personality. Guided me through those sessions. It helped me a good deal. The gym is well equipped. James is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Actually it feels like family. I recommend his services to anyone who like to have the best of the best.
Gym by Jim is just awesome in every way possible!! When I started working out with Jim I had a self inflicted S1 (SCIATICA) nerve pain issue that radiated from my lower back all the way down my left leg through to my ankle. Jim very carefully and methodically put together an in person 3 time a week 45 minute phyical therapy/training program that was very thought out and effective. The pain over 3 months gradually decreased and I can say today the pain is gone. I struggled with this pain for 2 years prior to meeting Jim. He is always available and we continue to train virtually to maintain a pain free life.
Working with James was an interesting journey to say the least. For once I was looking forward to exercising. He is incredibly familiar with various workout regimes and styles, and tailored my workouts to my specific needs such as grip strength for rock climbing. It’s also a fun experience as we crack jokes and laugh throughout the workout. Training with James make being consistent with my workout easy. I was working out previously but my form and technique was off and James really helped get me on the right track to avoid injury. Highly recommend looking into sessions with him if you are looking to get into exercise, if you’re trying to amp up your routine, or if you had specific areas you’re looking to work on.
