Physical Therapy Services

Our Physical Therapy program begins with a complete evaluation in order to determine the best way to treat YOU! Our lead physical therapist will gather all the essential information and guide you down a path to meet your short and long term goals. Physical therapy treatments include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and therapeutic activities. We specialize in individuals with low back and neck pain, but can treat all your pains and aches within the scope of our practice.

Personal Training Services

Our Personal Training services are life changing! In our initial consultation, we review your history, your exercise and nutrition habits and your overall goals. Our lead physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist will curate an initial session where we gauge your exercise tolerance and put together a progressive program to maximize results. The personal training program includes exercise and nutritional guidance in order to meet YOUR goals: build muscle, lose weight, be healthier, among others.

Weight Loss

Losing weight can sometimes be difficult. With a specialized trainer like myself we navigate the paths of your life and formulate how to get out of the forrest.  If you just exercise without following the nutrition plan you will fail, if you follow the nutrition program and don’t exercise you will fail. Having a trainer will keep you accountable and provide you with the latest research when it comes to weight loss.

Personal training is personalized programing for the client in order to achieve aspired goal.  Each aspect of the personal training program is catered to fit the client’s physical and mental abilities. There are no cookie cutter programs here… no cookies either!!

Physical therapy has a lot of meanings. To put it simply, a physical therapist comes in handy in order to get your body to where it needs to be to best perform.  Whether it’s improving low back pain, getting up and down off the floor, recovering after a stroke, a good physical therapist can rehab you to improve your overall function.

What's the Best Nutrition Plan to Lose Weight?

There is no one best nutrition program for anyone. We all have such diverse backgrounds, hobbies, habits, cultural beliefs that I can’t give everyone the same plan or they usually fail rather quickly. I’m here to help you understand nutrition in order to make better decisions and live a healthier lifestyle. I am not a nutritionist but I can help you eat a little healthier to best meet your goals.
